We recognize that our drivers are the backbone of our success, which is why our dispatchers are available 24/7. No matter when you need us, you’re never alone on the road.

Driver Requirements:

  • Meet all Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) qualifications, including but not limited to FMCSR Part 391.
  • Hold a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with the appropriate endorsements in your state of residence, with no current license suspension or revocation. (Work permits are not acceptable.)(See FM CSR parts 383 and 391)
  • No more than four (4) moving violations in the past 36 months, and no more than two (2) moving violations in the past 12 months.
  • No preventable accidents involving a fatality, bodily injury treated away from the scene, or disabling vehicle damage within the last three years.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience operating tractor/trailer equipment.
  • Must be at least 24 years old.
  • No convictions for a “serious or disqualifying traffic violation” within the last three (3) years. (See FMCSR parts 382,391,392 and 397) A “serious or disqualifying traffic violation” includes the following:
    • Excessive speeding (15 mph or more above the posted limit)
    • Reckless driving
    • Improper or erratic lane changes
    • Following too closely
    • Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
    • Hit and run, leaving the scene, or failing to report an accident
    • Texting while driving
    • Using a hand-held mobile device while driving
    • No DUI or drug possession violations
